Kane on The Recruitment Mentor's podcast

Bright Purple is proud to have grown the careers of many recruiters and other roles throughout our business. Two of our directors, Kane (Sales Director) and Jemma (Finance Director) started with Bright Purple as entry level juniors and have worked their way up to join the Board of Directors.
 
We have taken on many staff at an Apprenticeship Level and helped them to build skills and confidence, as well as bringing on mid-level experienced recruiters and developing them into senior or managing consultants within the company. If people do leave the business (which doesn't happen too often!), we are proud to have been a part of their journey and hope to welcome them back one day (as we have done for three members of our current team!).
