What sort of candidates should I refer?
While we are keen to connect with as many great people as possible, we want to ensure that we are only speaking to those who are open to a potential career move. Therefore, in making a referral in the first instance, please ask permission from the individual for us to get in touch with them.
Our job descriptions clearly state the requirements of each vacancy and the necessary skills and attributes required for the position.
Out with this, we are always keen to hear from people who:

Terms and Conditions
To receive the £250 voucher a few conditions apply:

The individual being referred has not been contacted by or in touch with Bright Purple in the past 12 months. For confidentiality reasons however, we are unable to disclose this, and so if this situation occurs, we will decline the referral request without a formal explanation.

The individual must fully complete the initial probation period for a permanent placement or 13 weeks (5 days per week) for a contract placement. For both contract and permanent placements a minimum margin/fee applies.

As the referrer, you are responsible for any tax implications of receiving any reward. Bright Purple is indemnified against any liability for tax due for the person receiving such a payment.
