About the Role
The 1st Line Support Technician position is going join a fast-paced team supporting the customers with multiple end-users and varied priorities. Key responsibilities for the 1st Line Support Technician will also include:
  • Providing 1st line technical support to clients via live calls and live tickets.
  • Ensuring notes, logs, progress and required information is accurately, and promptly input to the ticketing system.
  • Actively working toward resolution or providing necessary escalation where required.
About You
This is a 1st Line Support role, and some prior experience with an Apprenticeship or Managed Service experience is required. Key skills for this 1st Line Support Technician will also include:
  • Expertise in computer problem-solving, covering hardware and software issues, and proficient in both Windows and Unix environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure Technology is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals are essential.
  • A keen aptitude for learning and a passion for delivering effective resolutions.
