About the Role
The 2nd Line Support Technician position is going join a fast-paced team supporting clients with multiple end-users and varied priorities. You will be:

Providing 2nd line technical support to clients via live calls and live tickets.

Ensuring critical systems are working for their wide and varied client base
-
Actively working toward resolution or providing necessary escalation where required.
About You

Expertise in computer problem-solving, covering hardware and software issues, and proficient in both Windows and Unix environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure Technology is a plus.

Network troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience in a similar role
