About the role
Based out of their Aberdeen office, you will be responsible for crafting and advancing the IT strategy, taking responsibility of their core software systems. The Business Systems Manager will also be responsible for planning and managing the deployment of system upgrades and enhancements, working in close collaboration with the business systems team to provide support and guidance. This includes setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that service standards and deadlines are consistently met.
What we’re looking for:

Prior experience in a similar role

Extensive management experience

Experienced in the lifecycle of software-based business systems, particularly ERP

Strong technical analysis

Strong relationship building skills
