About the Role
As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of a dynamic team, ensuring the robustness and efficiency of critical IT systems. We are requiring and individual with several years of experience in Infrastructure Operations or similar. The main responsibilities will include:

Monitor and operate hosted technologies

Use management system and process
-
Maintain technology devices and assets (software,networks and infrastructure)

Support the diagnosis of the root causes of incidents.
About You
Are you and experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer with a passion for working according to industry and organisational best practices, standards and service requirements throughout the product life cycle. The role requires you to have the following skills:

ITIL v 4 Foundation Certification

Experience in monitoring and maintaining of on and off premise infrastructure and networking.

Understanding of systems including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Cisco, Meraki.

Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
