Due to the ongoing growth, Bright Purple are partnering with a market specialist to help them find an Internal Recruiter to support them scale up.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Experience as a Technology Recruiter, with a solid background in sourcing candidates for a variety of tech roles
- In-house recruitment experience
- A solid grasp of the recruitment lifecycle in a technical environment
- Relationship building with candidates and internal stakeholders/hiring managers
- Tech industry knowledge
- The ability to work autonomously, managing your own day to day activities
