Software Developer (React/Node)
Location: Edinburgh - 2 days in office
Salary: Up to £70k - Junior to Lead positions available
Benefits: 10% bonus
About the role:
Bright Purple is exclusively working with a digital platform looking to double the size of their current development team by December from 8 to 16. With founding members that have already successfully started another business worth now over hundreds of millions of pounds, success is in their DNA. The goals for the platform involve increasing their capacity from tens of thousands of viewers to millions within the next couple of years. If you're keeping an eye out for something different on the market then this is sure to stand out.
Recently the business has been valued at well over £40 million after taking on multiple clients within the US and with a brand new central office in Edinburgh, they are sure to impress. The team is looking for someone to aid them with new features on the platform as well as increase the current capacity of users. Anyone with exposure to either React or Node while having worked with APIs is encouraged to apply.
Tech stack: React, Node, Typescript. (Only either React or Node required)
** Experience in developing web applications using Typescript and modern web frameworks (ideally React/Redux)
