Linux Systems Engineer

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being client facing and experienced in high-quality IT support then read on. We are supporting a growing and well respected IT Managed Service provider in Glasgow who are looking for a Linux Systems Engineer to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing and maintaining robust Linux-based systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security for their clients. You’ll also be required to handle Windows Server tasks as needed.
Key Skills:

Technical Knowledge of a wide range of technologies in a client-facing environment

Deep understanding of Linux operating systems

Good knowledge of Windows Server

Experience with Hardware support and builds
On offer is a salary up to £40,000 and this role will be on-site in the City Centre Glasgow office.
