Managing Director

This is a key position in a small and well established Glasgow based software technology business with a growing international customer base.
As well as managing all aspects of product development & support, you’ll be instrumental in the nurturing of new and existing customer relationships with autonomy to introduce product enhancements in line with market desires through the effective management of your teams.
What you’ll bring to the business:
- Previous experience in a Product Development business
- Knowledge of unified communications or call centre sectors
- Ability to encourage creative thinking in a customer focussed environment
- Previous experience of supporting sales processes (direct & with channel partners)
- P&L ownership
- Demonstrable experience of international business development
