Sales/Partnership Manager - Hybrid/Edinburgh/Manchester/London
 
I am currently working with a rapidly growing SaaS company that is making a real impact in its sector. They’re looking to bring on board a Sales/Partnership Manager
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and wants to work for a company where their input genuinely makes a difference.

The Role:
  • Identify, source and onboard new partners (agencies, resellers, Introducers)
  • Manage and report on partner pipeline
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate partner readiness and first wins
  • Develop and maintain enablement content
  • Set and exceed partner-sourced revenue targets, aligned with broader commercial goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
 
What they are looking for:
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts, including confident and effective cold calling.
  • Building and managing partner networks that drive measurable revenue growth
  • CRM Savvy and data driven
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, POS or customer engagement space
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Zendesk or Zapier
