An exciting opportunity is available to work with a new and fast-growing company based in Glasgow. The client is looking for a Principal Engineer to join their team and help to get the best out of them.
As a team lead, you will:

Understand the modern technologies around websites and cloud frameworks while, at the same time, share your ideas to make the team move forward.

Be involved in meetings with managers, creators and developers.

Have experience around full stack development, therefore, it is important you understand React, Node, and Azure.

Identify obstacles and find the best practice to fix problems to make change happen as a team.

An approachable and cooperative attitude is extremely important for this role.

Be a mentor with great leadership skills.

Be capable to understand the business’s goals and help us build our products.
The lucky candidate will:

Receive a salary up to £75k (depending on the experience)
