Programme Manager, Technology Integration

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working)

Contract: Fixed-term

Salary: up to £75k pro-rata

Duration: until July/August 2026

Are you ready to lead the integration of complex technology systems across a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment?

We’re seeking a Programme Manager to oversee the delivery and integration of a wide range of technology platforms — from operational systems to digital infrastructure. Your role will be to ensure these systems work together seamlessly, securely and with minimal disruption.

You’ll work closely with 3rd parties, internal teams and partners to manage timelines, coordinate delivery and support operations. This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who thrives on complexity, collaboration and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier relationships and co-ordinate cross-functional teams
Oversee governance of Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint access policies
Provide strategic input into platform architecture and system compatibility.
Lead the delivery and integration of technology systems across multiple operational areas
Report on programme progress, risks, and resource planning

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology programmes
Strong understanding of systems integration and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, identity and access management and device governance
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills
Available to start immediately and confident working in a hybrid environment
