React Native Engineer
Bright Purple is looking for a React Native developer to work with alongside with one of our most innovative clients in Edinburgh city.
As the right candidate, you would need to help deliver amazing web applications while inspiring everyone around you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing applications with a focus on readable, maintainable and tested code using React Native.
- Assisting in technical discussions and team meetings considering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborating with designers, product owners, testers and clients to deliver fantastic products as an agile team.
- Implementing engineering approaches across web and mobile platforms.
- Engaging in technical conversations with the client.
You need to have:
- React Native development experience.
- Experience either building frontend applications in react or native mobile applications. As well as knowledge on how to use engineering best practices and writing clean and accessible code.
- Know how to explain complex technical ideas in a clear manner to those who have no previous knowledge.
- Passion and Enthusiasm for delivering great products!
Desirable but not essential to know about:
TDD, Flutter, Xamarin, iOS native, Android native, cloud services and optimisation for performance, accessibility and security.
