Seeking a Sales Operations - Data & MI Contractor to join an established high-performing Sales & commercial team and take ownership of sales data and reporting. This role is essential in aligning sales performance with strategic goals and giving the business the insight it needs to grow smarter, faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Gathering: Consolidate and manage sales data from multiple platforms and business units
- Reporting & MI: Build and maintain dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and highlight performance trends
- Sales Ops Processes: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas across sales ops workflows
- CRM Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency across CRM systems and sales databases
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing & Ops to align around key metrics
- Ad-Hoc Insight: Provide deep-dive analysis on request to support strategic decisions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or MI role
- Advanced user of Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical with a commercial mindset
