Senior Customer Experience (CX) Consultant - Up to £60,000

Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced Senior CX Consultant to join an international company providing end-to-end customer experience services to global brands. We are looking for somebody who will utilize business management principles, processes and tools to focus on driving financial and operations results.

As a Senior CX Consultant you will be working closely with the Head of Consulting to design, execute and lead multiple teams.
What you'll be doing:

Work with key stakeholders across the business

Deliver Consulting style projects

Design and Implement business processes and systems

Business Process Improvement

Develop and Execute Strategies.
What we are looking for:

5 years experience in Management consulting

Able to analyse complex issues, data and information

Comprehensive knowledge of project managements Principles
-
Experience of consulting within tech service in CRM, Digital transformation
-
Track record in negotiating and selling complex services.
