Senior Customer Experience (CX) Consultant - Up to £60,000
Suffolk/Hybrid/Remote UK
Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced Senior CX Consultant to join an international company providing end-to-end customer experience services to global brands.  We are looking for somebody who will utilize business management principles, processes and tools to focus on driving financial and operations results.

As a Senior CX Consultant you will be working closely with the Head of Consulting to design, execute and lead multiple teams.
What you'll be doing:
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business
  • Deliver Consulting style projects
  • Design and Implement business processes and systems
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Develop and Execute Strategies.
What we are looking for:
  • 5 years experience in Management consulting
  • Able to analyse complex issues, data and information
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project managements Principles
  • Experience of consulting within tech service in CRM, Digital transformation 
  • Track record in negotiating and selling complex services.
