If you’re involved in managing teams of software developers to deliver solutions in an Agile development environment then this may just be the job for you.
You’ll manage your team’s day to day activities through the full SDLC, allocating the best resources to ensure delivery of project on time and in budget while reporting their progress to Management on a regular basis.
As well as leading your team you’ll also be liaising with stakeholders and other internal teams therefore, excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience of leading a multi skilled software development/delivery team
- Ability to allocate resources to ensure best results
- Demonstrable experience of working in Agile / Scrum development environments
- Experience of stakeholder and client management
- Ability to lead delivery to internal standards following all company processes for quality etc.
- Previous experience in the life and pensions sector would be advantageous
- Staff management (holiday requests, skills development etc.)
