About the Role 
 
As the Team Lead, you will spearhead a dedicated team, driving forward innovative projects with a focus on React and TypeScript technologies. A firm grasp of server-side coding is essential, as is the ability to lead with confidence, inspire creativity, and foster a culture of technical excellence. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
  • Spearhead the technical direction and mentor team members 
  • Oversee the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 
  • Contribute to high quality code and be involved in the full SDLC 
 
What you’ll bring to the role: 
 
  • Expertise in React (ideally NextJS) and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of their ecosystems. 
  • Proficiency in server-side programming languages and frameworks.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 
  • Experience working in a start up or scale up environment
