Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a talented Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in the modernisation of business systems and applications across the organisation. You will be the go between for internal and external stakeholders and ensure, from a user case perspective, there is a seamless understanding and adoption of technology.

Salary: Up to £37,000 DOE

Our client provides emergency accommodation and support services to some of the UK’s most vulnerable people – victims of domestic abuse, individuals seeking asylum, and those fleeing war, chaos and persecution. The Systems Analyst will work within a collaborative product team, ensuring high-quality features are delivered that meet the needs of the business and its users.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Designers to define and document system requirements
Develop user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria to guide development
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to refine features and processes
Analyse system issues, identify solutions and ensure requirements are met
Support testing, quality assurance and maintain clear system documentation

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Systems Analyst within agile/scrum teams
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
