Systems Analyst
UK Remote
 
We’re looking for a talented Systems Analyst to play a crucial role in the modernisation of business systems and applications across the organisation. You will be the go between for internal and external stakeholders and ensure, from a user case perspective, there is a seamless understanding and adoption of technology.
 
Salary: Up to £37,000 DOE

Our client provides emergency accommodation and support services to some of the UK’s most vulnerable people – victims of domestic abuse, individuals seeking asylum, and those fleeing war, chaos and persecution. The Systems Analyst will work within a collaborative product team, ensuring high-quality features are delivered that meet the needs of the business and its users.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Designers to define and document system requirements
  • Develop user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria to guide development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to refine features and processes
  • Analyse system issues, identify solutions and ensure requirements are met
  • Support testing, quality assurance and maintain clear system documentation
 
What we’re looking for:
 
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst within agile/scrum teams
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 
Please note that due to close links to the UK Home Office, all successful candidates must complete DBS / CBT checks. Candidates must be UK citizens, have Settled Status or ILR.
