A well-respected tech company with an amazing track-record of staff-retention and career development are looking to hire a data-savvy, client-focused Account Manager to act as a primary touch point overseeing really exciting data science campaigns on behalf of a very impressive client list.
The Account Management team are a settled, friendly, and light-touch group who don't go for the hard-sell, but rather strive to truly consult and seek to add value across the project and campaign lifecycle. Polished communication and an engaging but professional style would best describe their ways of working.
This is because you'll be account managing a long-term client base who do not require significant business development, but rather look for continuity of service and the in-depth understanding that comes with having built, supported, and scaled their data platforms and data operations over a number of years.
Does this sound like a role you'd flourish in? The areas you'd have responsibility for are duties that should be second nature, that you prioritise and are self-motivated to deliver on every day:
- Serve as the central point of contact for a European-wide giant
- Drive planning of campaigns working directly with clients
- Support, oversee, and compliment the work of the superstar Data Engineer and Data Science teams in relation to data operations and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to add value long-term to clients by harnessing the internal capabilities of those teams
- Harness their CRM and technology stack to create automated efficiencies
