  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to policies and controls.
  • Collaborating with customers and colleagues to address and educate on edge issues, coupled with analysing and researching diverse sources to enhance insights and overall knowledge bases.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to discern and comprehend market trends, identifying actionable initiatives and steering opportunities for future growth.
  • Engaging in shift work to cover a global 24-hour operational customer base.
