  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to policies and controls.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to discern and comprehend market trends, identifying actionable initiatives and steering opportunities for future growth.
  • Engaging in shift work to cover a global 24-hour operational customer base.
