About the Role
Within the team, the Technical Support Engineer assumes a pivotal role, actively engaging with colleagues to ensure an uninterrupted 24/7 response across a global network. To thrive in this role, the Technical Support Engineer must possess extensive experience and proficiency in systems, networks, and security protocols. Key responsibilities of the Technical Support Engineer include:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to policies and controls.
  • Collaborating with customers and colleagues to address edge issues, while also analysing diverse sources to enrich insights and knowledge bases.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to understand market trends, identify actionable initiatives, and steer opportunities for future growth.
  • Participating in shift work to accommodate a global 24-hour operational customer base.
  • Adapting to a shift pattern that includes late-night and early-morning shifts.
